What is Forever Invites?
A platform to create beautiful digital wedding invitations, collect RSVPs, and manage guest seating — all from one place. Your guests open the invitation in any browser; no app or account required.
How do guests access the invitation?
You share a unique link from your dashboard. Guests open it on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop — with no login needed.
How do RSVPs work?
Guests click the RSVP button on your invitation and fill in their details (attendance, plus-one, dietary notes, and an optional message). Every response appears live in your dashboard.
Can I customise the design?
Yes. Choose from several themes and colour palettes, or override individual colours to match your wedding's style. You can also add blocks for music, a photo gallery, seating charts, and more.
Can I add a seating plan?
Yes. The dashboard includes a drag-and-drop table planner where you can create tables, assign guests to seats, and share a read-only view with your venue or wedding planner.
How long will my invitation be live?
From the date you publish until 3 months after your wedding date, after which it is automatically taken offline and your data is deleted.
How do I share the link with guests?
Copy your unique link from the dashboard and share it however you like — WhatsApp, email, social media, or a printed QR code.
What does it cost?
A single one-time payment of 39.99€ per wedding — no subscription, no hidden fees.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, our secure payment provider.
Can I get a refund?
Because the invitation goes live immediately on purchase, refunds are not available once it has been published and shared. If you experience a technical fault, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will investigate.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All connections are encrypted (TLS) and your data is stored on secure, EU-hosted servers. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens to my data after the wedding?
Your invitation and all associated data (guest list, RSVPs, seating plan) are automatically deleted 3 months after your wedding date. You can also request deletion at any time via our contact page.
